Asian American Center of Frederick
Provides vital services to assist lower income, minority, or immigrant groups through access to health insurance enrollment, interpreter/translation services, ESL and Citizenship classes, mentoring, housing, education, employment and business development services.
Beyond Shelter Frederick
Provides emergency shelter for homeless adults and families, healthcare assistance to the uninsured, utility assistance, homeless prevention programs and food assistance through local food banks. Formerly the "The Religious Coalition."
Centro Hispano
Comprised of individual community members and trained/screened volunteers who give of their time and talent in order that friends and neighbors who are limited in their English language proficiency (LEP) can come learn the skills necessary to thrive and succeed.

A ministry that provides residential programs to women and women with children experiencing homelessness, a residential recovery program for men suffering from homelessness or chemical addiction, food to the hungry, clothing, shoes and small household items to those in need and an offer for connection within our community through relationships.

On the Mark Adolescent Clubhouse (For ages 12-17)
A safe, community-based, adolescent clubhouse that provides developmentally appropriate activities and services grounded in a peer based support system. Membership is opened to all Frederick County residents, ages 12-17. Currently accepting applications.

Frederick County Health Department - Immunizations Clinic
The Health Department provides FREE immunizations for uninsured or underinsured children.
Frederick County Health Department Dental Clinic
Provides quality dental care for Frederick County children who have Medical Assistance or are uninsured, by appointment only. No adult services are provided, but vouchers for adults with limited income and no dental insurance are available. Contact for details.
Maryland Health Connection Enrollment and Eligibility Information for Immigrant Families
Marylanders who are present in the U.S. under certain immigration statuses or have applied for certain lawfully present statuses may be eligible to enroll in a private health plan through Maryland Health Connection.
The Maryland School-Based Health Center Program
Provides comprehensive primary, acute, and preventative health services and chronic condition management to students, families, and communities in clinics physically located on a school campus. There are currently 87 active school-based health centers across 16 jurisdictions in Maryland
