Have a research assignment? Request a Library Instruction Session!
Three types of sessions all of which can be tailored to your specific course and assignment:
Librarians are available from 7:30am - 7:00pm. Sessions can take place in the Learning Commons or your classroom (including High Schools). Faculty are asked to be in attendance for the entire session.
For orientations to the Learning Centers (Tutoring & Writing Center or STEM), please use the Learning Center Orientation Form.
Ask our Digital Resources Librarian about creating a course or subject specific research guide to have embedded directly into your Blackboard course.
Librarians are available to help faculty and staff with research projects including:
Need an article or book for your research not available in the Library Collection? Request a loan from another Library!
Need help figuring out if you can use that article you found online in your class? Want an overview and better understanding of fair use and copyright? Checkout the Copyright Resource Guide or reach out to Colleen McKnight: email@example.com
Require a book or video and want to have it available to students? Your own personal copy or a copy from the Library's collection can be put on reserve to make sure it is available for your class!
We are always happy to receive recommendations for the Collection that will support your teaching and your students research needs! Selection criteria can be found in our Collection Development Guidelines:
Ask the Gladhill Learning Commons to announce your published book or article. We are always excited to support faculty and staff publications!
