The Office of Multicultural Student Services provides a comprehensive support program that consists of academic planning, counseling, mentoring, leadership development, and dynamic cross-cultural experiences to ensure the successful transition to college and completion of a college degree or certificate.
Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI)
ODEI provides College-wide leadership on best practices as well as effective and ethical strategies to build and sustain an inclusive and excellent College community. Gender Sexuality Alliance (GSA) Club

Feminist Majority Club

Center for Student Engagement

Through social programming, personal/professional leadership development, and the exploration of personal interests, the CSE promotes respect and appreciation for self and others among our students, faculty, and staff, and an understanding of our shared responsibility to create an environment that celebrates learning.
Confidential Help in the Counseling & Advising Office
Kathy Manwiller, M.S.W. LCSW-C. 2nd Floor Jefferson Hall, 301-846-2471. Speak with a licensed professional at Frederick Community College to be connected with helpful resources in the community. Call or come in to set up an appointment and tell the receptionist that it is to "discuss personal issues."
Change of Name Form
Preferred name is reflected on student ID card, class roster, grade roster, myfcc email, PeopleSoft, Blackboard, library system, Commencement program, and Diploma. Primary name will not change.
Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m -4:30 p.m., Center for Student Engagement, (H101). An on-campus food pantry is available for students who need food to hold them throughout the day, and are unable to pay for food in the Grille. Students may visit the pantry once per day, taking up to two items per visit. Free popcorn is also available every day from 9:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m.
