ODEI provides College-wide leadership on best practices as well as effective and ethical strategies to build and sustain an inclusive and excellent College community. Confidential Help in the Counseling & Advising Office
Kathy Manwiller, M.S.W. LCSW-C. 2nd Floor Jefferson Hall, 301-846-2471. Speak with a licensed professional at Frederick Community College to be connected with helpful resources in the community. Call or come in to set up an appointment and tell the receptionist that it is to "discuss personal issues."

Change of Name Form
Preferred name is reflected on student ID card, class roster, grade roster, myfcc email, PeopleSoft, Blackboard, library system, Commencement program, and Diploma. Primary name will not change.

Student Pantry
Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m -4:30 p.m., Center for Student Engagement, (H101). An on-campus food pantry is available for students who need food to hold them throughout the day, and are unable to pay for food in the Grille. Students may visit the pantry once per day, taking up to two items per visit. Free popcorn is also available every day from 9:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m.
