Study Tip of the Week: Use acrostics to help memorize concepts.

Study tip of the week: Exercise before studying. Exercise gets blood, oxygen, and nutrients to your brain and helps you to retain information better.
Study tip: Sleep moves memories from short term to long term memory (get some sleep!)
Study tip: Study in a group! Grab a group and study room and review notes and readings together.
Study tip: Blurting- read your notes and then put away. Ona blank sheet of paper, write down everything you can remember. Look back at your notes and make corrections , noting what you missed. repeat.
Study tip: Copy your notes into an AI tool, such as Chat GPT, and sk it to create study guides and practice tests based on the material

  • Take out a pen and write your full name twice. Once with your regular writing hand and once with your other hand.
  • Were you able to accomplish it? Of course!
  • Were you faster and better with one hand over the other? OF COURSE!

Studying is a lot like that. Once you learn YOUR personal best techniques, you can make study time quicker and more productive allowing you to reach those grade goals and beyond.
