Our friendly tutors are ready to assist you with any stage of your writing assignment. Current FCC students have several options for writing help.
In-Person:
The Tutoring & Writing Center in Linganore Hall offers drop-in tutoring sessions. The current schedule for tutoring can be found here.
Online:
- FCC Online Tutoring/Academic Coaching- Meet with an FCC tutor via Zoom. Online sessions require an appointment and are available for daytime and evening hours, Monday - Saturday.
- Paper Review- Submit your paper for e-mailed feedback from an FCC tutor within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Can’t find FCC tutoring to fit your schedule? ThinkingStorm® Online Tutoring via Blackboard offers live tutoring sessions via chat as well as a paper drop box for e-mailed feedback. Students are allotted 15 total hours of tutoring with ThinkingStorm per semester.
